Floto Lifetime Guarantee

 

Floto products are guaranteed for their natural life and to be free of manufacturing defects. Our products are made from natural materials which can vary slightly in color and texture. Slight variations in color are not considered defects but rather characteristics of natural full grain leather. Some of our bags are folded for shipping and storage - any creases caused in shipping will fully recover after its first use.

We want you to love your Floto bag as much as wel do. Our warranty covers defective hardware, defective stitching, and defective zippers. Our limited lifetime warrantee does not include stains, worn zippers, rips and damage from abuse or airline handling damage.


Guarantee and Repair Instructions:

Within 1 Year of Purchase: If you purchased your bag directly from Floto and live in the U.S. you are entitled to a free UPS shipping label. We do not cover free repair shipping for international orders so please consider this before purchasing if you live abroad. To qualify for a free repair you must provide a valid Floto order number. Please email customerservice@floto.com to request a free repair UPS label and send your item with the Floto Repair Form and Instructions.

Over 1 Year of Purchase: Floto products are guaranteed for their natural life to be free of manufacturing defects.  After 12 months our limited lifetime warranty does not include worn or broken zippers, stains, rips and damage from abuse or airline handling damage.  Our warrantee covers defective hardware and defective stitching. If your item should require a hardware of stitching repair after 1 year we offer a repair service. The cost of the repair service is $25 for shipping, processing, and handling.  To request a repair, please send your item with the Floto Repair Form and Instructions.

Strap Repair Instructions:

If you have a broken Floto strap we can replace the strap hooks for if you.  The cost for our strap repair service is $20 for shipping, processing, and handling. To request a repair, please send your item with the Strap Repair Form and Instructions.

Replacement Parts:

International Repairs:

While we do cover warranty repair work within the first year of purchase, please note that due to carrier limitations, we are unable to provide a prepaid shipping label for repairs on items being returned from outside the U.S. For all international orders, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

You may use any carrier of your choice, but we strongly recommend using a service that provides tracking and keeping your tracking number until your repaired item has been received  back to you.

For repair issues resulting from normal wear and tear—which are not covered under our warranty—we charge a $25 repair fee to cover shipping, processing, and handling. Please note that this fee does not include return postage.

International return postage is a direct passthrough expense and can be quoted upon request. To receive a quote, please email us at customerservice@floto.com with your full destination address, and we’ll provide the return shipping cost.
