PRE-ORDERS
Floto leather bags are handcrafted in Italy by skilled artisans and take extra time to make.
When you place a pre-order with Floto, we charge a 25% deposit at the time of the order, and the remaining cost will be charged before shipping. Please Note: if you do Shop Pay Installments, or select "Express Checkout" it will charge in full.
If purchasing multiple leather bags, please pre-order items separately from in-stock items to avoid delays.
You can check the estimated arrival date on the product page for pre-order items.
Pre-order dates are estimates. Many times shipments are delayed due to staffing shortages, weather, customs, etc. Please anticipate some delays
For "Sold Out" items, please sign up for an In Stock Reminder email that will notify you when it restocks.

When will my Pre-order arrive?
For the most up-to-date estimated arrival date, visit the product page. The expected delivery timeframe is shown directly beneath the Pre-Order button.
What if my credit card information changes?
If your card information changes and we’re unable to charge the remaining balance, don’t worry — we’ll send you an email with an invoice link so you can securely complete checkout with your updated payment details.
When will you charge the balance due?
We’ll process the balance payment once your item has shipped from Italy and is just a few weeks away from delivery. This helps cover production and shipping costs as your order gets closer to you.
Do I have to pay tariffs if I live in the U.S.?
No — all U.S. orders are shipped domestically, and we cover any import tariffs or duties on your behalf.
