The Firenze Double Billfold I.D. Wallet is made with Italian nappa lambskin that was aniline dyed. Aniline is the highest quality natural dye that can be used in the tanning process. A very small percentage of leather is dyed with aniline - which makes it soft and rich in color. Made in Italy.

Delivery Tracking: A tracking link is emailed after the order is en route.
Lost or Damaged Products: Contact us right away at customerservice@floto.com if your item is damaged or lost. We will make sure you receive your item or get you a replacement.

Pre-Orders: If a Floto leather bag, wallet, or accessory is out of stock you can Pre-Order or request an In Stock Reminder update. You can view the estimated shipping date on the product page.
Easy Returns
Return Instructions: Within 60 days of receipt you can visit floto.com/easy to print a return label and send it back to us for any reason. While the shipping label is free for U.S. orders placed on www.floto.com, there is a restocking fee of $8.50 for returns. The Easy Returns system only works for U.S. orders placed on www.floto.com, for International orders, return shipping is the customer responsibility. You can use any carrier you choose, but we strongly recommend that you get some form of tracking and hold onto it until your return has been received and refund confirmed.
Floto Monogram Return Policy: Once you personalize a Floto leather bag, it’s yours and you cannot return it for remorse, however, it is still covered under warranty.
Exchange Instructions: If you would like to exchange for the same bag or different color please visit floto.com/easy to initiate the exchange and print a return label. Our system will automatically generate a new order that will ship when the return is in transit back to us. If you would like to exchange for a different style please visit floto.com/easy to print a return label. You can choose to Refund the original order or receive a Store Credit to place a new order for the desired item.
Returning a Damaged or Defective Product: Its rare, but sometimes it happens - if your product is damaged in transit or defective please email customerservice@floto.com within 30 days and we will resolve the issue for you.

Floto products are guaranteed for their natural life and to be free of manufacturing defects. Our products are made from natural materials which can vary slightly in color and texture. Slight variations in color are not considered defects but rather characteristics of natural full grain leather. Some of our bags are folded for shipping and storage - any creases caused in shipping will fully recover after its first use.
We want you to love your Floto bag as much as wel do. Our warranty covers defective hardware, defective stitching, and defective zippers. Our limited lifetime warrantee does not include stains, well worn zippers, rips and damage from abuse or airline handling damage.

Floto leather bags are handcrafted in Italy by skilled artisans and take extra time to make.
When you place a pre-order with Floto, we charge a 50% deposit at the time of the order, and the remaining 50% will be charged before shipping. Please Note: if you do Shop Pay Installments, or select "Express Checkout" it will charge in full.
If purchasing multiple leather bags, please pre-order items separately from in-stock items to avoid delays.
You can check the estimated arrival date on the product page for pre-order items.
Pre-order dates are estimates. Many times shipments are delayed due to staffing shortages, weather, customs, etc. Please anticipate some delays
For "Sold Out" items, please sign up for an In Stock Reminder email that will notify you when it restocks.
Our monogrammer, Carmen, has retired after 40 years of personalizing leather goods and accessories. We wish her well in the next chapter of her life!
Going forward, we will not be personalizing the actual bags - only our Monogram Tags which can be ordered to match any Floto bag with full grain leather. Choose from Vecchio Brown, Saddle Brown, Olive (Honey) Brown, Tuscan Red, Blue, or Black.

Care Advice
The beauty of our hand stained leather is that scratches can be rubbed out with our specially formulated Floto leather cream. To recover a scratch gently rub the cream into the leather with a soft rag using circular motions. Repeat as necessary.

The slow process of tanning Floto leather uses natural vegetable tannins with total respect for nature. Our raw leather skins are a byproduct of the food industry and our tanning waste is reused in other supply chains. Floto tanning is metal free, eco-friendly, and not harmful to people.
